Lama Gangchen Rinpoche
Initiation of the Seven Medicine Buddhas
Following the Tantric Self-Healing Ngalso practice
Health problems nowadays are extremely complex. In spite of the extraordinary scientific progress, it is difficult to heal the body and mind and most therapies prove to be insufficient, or at least unsuitable for curing sickness at the deeper and more subtle energy levels (…) Modern medicine, natural medicine and spiritual practice have to form a new vehicle of wisdom to effectively heal each individual. Developing the highest human attributes of love, compassion, joy and harmony connects us to our own vital inner energy, and in so doing, we receive the “key of wisdom” that unblocks the special healing energies.

Lama Gangchen Rinpoche
Ngalso Tantric Self-Healing Initiation
|
| |
Ngalso Self-Healing traces its origins back to the teachings of Siddharta Gautama, the historic Buddha. It is an ancient method that Lama Gangchen has "repackaged", allowing us to benefit from its positive effects, to relax and re-energize in today’s stressful world. Ngalso is a Tibetan word formed by two syllables: Ngal signifies the negative side of the inner and outer worlds (sicknesses, fatigue, pollution, etc.): that which needs to be purified. And so, the positive side, all of the favourable energies and attributes that we need to heal or increase. On a practical level, Self-Healing is a very useful tool: it can be used both as a therapy and a diagnostic method; it can be integrated as a support therapy in allopathic treatment or to facilitate healing after a physical or psychological trauma. Even a mere five minutes a day of Self-Healing allows us to maintain mental harmony and a general sense of well-being throughout the day. It is a therapeutic method and therefore requires neither religious conversion nor faith. Anyone can practice it at any time. In order to obtain long-lasting and profound results, it needs to be practiced seriously and constantly. With Self-Healing we are able to heal at very deep levels and simultaneously, take care of the environment in which we live |
